1. Mokuen Studio Company Limited offers a "7-day Product Quality Guarantee," meaning that if you find the product is not in good condition upon receipt within seven days, please contact us immediately via email at mokuenstudio@gmail.com .
2. When applying for a refund, please provide the reason for the request in the email along with photos and the invoice number as evidence. If the Customer Service Department of Mokuen Studio Company Limited agrees to process the case, the customer must return the product to the Customer Service Department for verification.
3. Once verified and confirmed, Mokuen Studio Company Limited will arrange for a courier to deliver a replacement product to you free of charge.
4. Upon refund confirmation, the amount will be credited back to your credit card bank account (processing and crediting may take approximately four to six weeks). You will be responsible for any bank card service fees.
5. If the ordered product is sold out, Mokuen Studio Company Limited will refund you. If a gift accompanying the purchased product is out of stock, Mokuen Studio Company Limited will provide a similar gift as a substitute.
Returns or refunds are not accepted under the following circumstances:
1. Products without proof of purchase from this website.
2. Products that have already been shipped and are in transit.
3. Products not returned for verification.
4. Any free gifts or promotional items.
5. Products with incomplete, damaged, or soiled packaging that does not affect the product itself.
6. Products rejected due to personal preference.

Please note that the above return/refund policy applies only to orders placed on the Mokuen Studio official website. If you have any questions regarding Mokuen Studio Company Limited products purchased through third parties, please directly contact the relevant distributors or retailers.
*In the event of any dispute or amendment regarding the above terms and conditions, Mokuen Studio Company Limited reserves the right to make the final decision.
*If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the Chinese version, the Chinese version shall prevail.
